It is after long deliberation and discussing it thoroughly with my children that I have decided to set the facts straight as far as my divorce from Robert Campeau and the other law suits he has brought against me in Canada are concerned.
A misplaced sense of loyalty has kept me from doing this up to now.
I cannot remain silent any longer and stand by to see how people are trying to ruin my reputation with lies and even perjury.
I am awed by the fact that the judicial system of a democratic country can be manipulated by people lying and perjuring themselves the way Robert Campeau and certain people around him have done.
Also I'd like to show how I was taken advantage of by many so called "experts" (lawyers, asset managers, and other consultants), who claimed to have my interests at heart, but were really only interested in making money off me. And also how the press was instrumentalized by Robert Campeau and his crew to show a lot of sympathy for his side of the story but showed no interest in publicizing mine.

Robert Campeau went to Austria to enforce his judgement re. support claim against me in the austrian courts.
There is an agreement between Ontario and Austria that allows enforcement of support payments granted by austrian courts (against people living in Canada) and granted by canadian courts against people living in Austria. It is mainly meant to track down husbands or men who fail to pay support for their children.
Campeau lost his case in the austrian courts because if was found that he got the judgement against his wife without the canadian courts giving her a chance to defend her case, in other words, she was not allowed to give her side of the story. This is against Human Rights in Europe and "Ordre Public" in Austria.
Therefore his claims is not considered valid in Austria. |
